The stunning presenter, 29, dazzled in the frock as she descended upon London's O2 Arena for the lavish event, along with posting a slew of snaps of her look on social media.
Scarlett attended the ceremony as I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here and Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway battled it out for the coveted Bruce Forsyth Entertainment Award.

The former Gogglebox star showed off her ample cleavage in the frock's plunging front which also had pretty feathered embellishment on the shoulders.
Although her shoes were hidden under the lengthy dress, Scarlett kept her accessories to a minimum for the occasion, opting for just a pair of simple silver stud earrings.

In what was perhaps a shock to some, Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly won the Best Presenters category - a prize they have taken home every year since 2001.
The pair, however, have spent the majority of the past 12 months apart professionally, thanks to Ant's recovery from alcohol and substance abuse issues.
Dec continued his work on Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, Britain's Got Talent and I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! without Ant - yet they won the award as a twosome.
